Fianna Sogomonyan

Fianna Sogomonyan works in the Health and Mental Health team on a project looking at trauma faced by the children of military families. Fianna served a tour of duty in Iraq, and currently still serves as an intelligence analyst in the New York Army National Guard. Earlier in her career, she worked in corporate and public affairs, specializing in communications programs for financial service firms and institutions of higher learning.

Fianna holds a dual bachelor’s degree in English and history, and a master’s degree in English, from Stony Brook University. She is currently pursuing a master’s in social work at Fordham University.
