Carmela Smith

Director, Operations

Carmela Smith is currently the director of operations for the Center.  From 1997 to 2001, she served as executive assistant to NCCP's former director, J. Lawrence Aber, PhD.  She was promoted in 2001 to manager for Human Resources and Administration, and she began her current position in January 2007. She attended Columbia University and is pursuing a law degree.
