Early Learning Councils & the Head Start Reauthorization Bill

This call focused on the early learning council piece of the Head Start Reauthorization bill. Danielle Ewen of CLASP spoke about the language of the bill and Anna Lovejoy of the National Governors Association spoke about NGA's upcoming special project with states around the bill.  The presentations were followed by a question-and-answer session.
