Federal Policy Webinar Part One

On April 14th, Project Thrive at NCCP hosted the first of a two-part webinar series on federal policy opportunities for Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Coordinators. In the first call, focused on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), we heard from experts who explained the allowable uses of the $5 billion dedicated to young children in the ARRA. The presentations included what funding is available, how it impacts states, and specifically how the ECCS community can leverage this opportunity.
