Dr. Curtis Skinner

The number of working-age adults in poverty is now at the highest level since the 1960s. The percentage of children in poverty is even higher, up to 20.7 percent. Dr. Curtis Skinner is the Director of Family Economic Security at the National Center on Children in Poverty (NCCP). He speaks to Bob Edwards about the nutritional, educational, and mental health challenges of these young Americans.
