Virtual Policy-Sharing Network

Project THRIVE is designed to help states learn and share information. Our Virtual Policy-Sharing Network (VPSN) engages State Early Childhood Comprehensive System (ECCS) project coordinators and state agency directors involved in system building in collaborative, distance learning.
