Senior Research Associate / Project Director
Sophie Nguyen provides research support across NCCP, using her experience in collecting and analyzing data, conducting research reviews, and coordinating projects to support several projects in the Early Childhood, Health and Mental Health, and Family Economic Security units. She also manages ongoing updates to the center’s 50-state Two-Generation Early Childhood Policy Profiles. Sophie holds a master’s degree in education and social policy from New York University’s Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. She earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Puget Sound where she majored in international political economy and business management.
