Through the Making Work Supports Work project, NCCP works to identify policy improvements to make work pay for low-wage workers and their families. Our work in the states includes supporting existing policy and advocacy efforts undertaken by state partners, helping them to model new policy solutions. In addition, we work directly with government anti-poverty initiatives in several states, providing policy analysis and recommendations.
