NCCP is currently partnering with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta (Atlanta Fed) to support their Career Ladder Identifier and Financial Forecaster (CLIFF) initiative. This initiative involves developing and providing financial planning tools for workforce and human service professionals, workers, advocates, employers, and policymakers to understand and potentially help mitigate the benefits cliffs along workers’ career paths.
NCCP is helping Atlanta Fed staff develop The Policy Rules Database as part of this initiative. The Policy Rules Database contains information about federal rules and state variations in Child Care and Development Fund programs (CCDF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Section 8 housing vouchers, Medicaid, ACA subsidies, TANF, LIHEAP, Head Start, federally-funded meal programs, and federal, state, and local tax credits.
This project is in collaboration with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
